Wonderla Holidays names Syed Sameer Mumtaz Ali as Bhubaneswar park head

Wonderla Holidays Limited has announced the appointment of Syed Sameer Mumtaz Ali as the new Bhubaneswar park head, effective September 8, 2025. This appointment was disclosed in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Ali brings over two decades of experience in strategic business management, hotel operations, and P&L management. His prior roles include director and chief operating officer at Magnum Group of Companies, where he successfully increased the turnover of the seafood export vertical from INR 190 crore to INR 360 crore. He also served as a general manager for Hotel New Marrion and held various leadership positions in the hospitality industry in the USA and UAE.

He holds an MBA in marketing from the University of Scranton and is recognized for his core competencies in project management, strategic planning, and crisis management. The company confirmed that there are no relationships between Ali and the existing directors.
