Wardwizard promoter pledges more shares for financial assistance

Yatin Sanjay Gupte, a promoter of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, has disclosed a new pledge over 4,900,000 equity shares held in the company. This pledge, executed on September 3, 2025, is in favor of JJ Fincap Private Limited and secures financial assistance availed against these securities.

The transaction increases the total encumbered shares held by Gupte to 33,201,729, representing 12.74% of the total share capital. Prior to this, 28,301,729 shares (10.86%) were already encumbered. This new pledge constitutes 1.88% of the company's share capital.

The disclosure adheres to SEBI regulations. The pledge agreement, dated September 1, 2025, highlights the use of these shares as collateral to ensure compliance with financial obligations and risk mitigation measures.
