Sun Pharma to meet investors at Jefferies, Kotak, Citi, J.P. Morgan events

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited will hold four meetings with analysts and institutional investors in Mumbai during September 2025. These interactions comply with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The meetings will begin on September 16, 2025, with the Jefferies 4th India Forum 2025, followed by the Kotak Institutional Equities, Healthcare Forum 2025 on September 18, 2025. On September 19, 2025, the company will participate in the Citi India Pharma & Healthcare Tour, concluding on September 22, 2025, with the J.P. Morgan 10th Annual India Conference. All scheduled meetings will be physical and will include both group and one-on-one sessions.

The company stated that no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) will be disclosed during these meetings. The schedule is subject to change due to exigencies. The announcement was made by Anoop Anjanikumar Deshpande, company secretary and compliance officer.
