Rashi Peripherals: Promoters transfer shares via gift

Manju Suresh Pansari, a promoter of Rashi Peripherals Limited, has disclosed an inter-se transfer of 331,790 equity shares via gift, representing 0.50% of the total share capital. Prior to this disposal on September 1, 2025, Manju Suresh Pansari held 5,647,329 shares, equivalent to 8.57% of the company's voting capital. Following the gift, her holding stands at 5,315,539 shares, or 8.07%.

Concurrently, Suresh Mahavirprasad Pansari, another promoter, reported the acquisition of the same 331,790 equity shares through the inter-se transfer via gift on September 1, 2025. Before this acquisition, Suresh Mahavirprasad Pansari held 4,983,750 shares, or 7.56% of the total voting capital. The acquisition increases his total holding to 5,315,540 shares, also representing 8.07% of the voting capital.

The total equity share capital of Rashi Peripherals Limited remains unchanged, both before and after the inter-se transfer. This transaction has been filed in compliance with Regulation 29(2) and 29(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
