Oberoi Realty announces senior management appointments, key resignation

Oberoi Realty announced senior management changes, including the appointment of Shrikanth Kamblii as COO-Construction and Meghna Bohra Maloo as assistant vice president-internal process and control.

Kamblii's appointment was effective September 3, 2025, with the corporate announcement made on September 5, 2025. Maloo's appointment was also effective September 5, 2025.

Kamblii brings over three decades of experience in real estate and infrastructure, while Maloo is a chartered accountant with two decades of experience in internal audit and risk management. Both appointments are contractual and subject to the company’s employment policy.

Additionally, Oberoi Realty reported the resignation of Biswajit Dasgupta, general manager - property management services, effective at the close of business hours on September 8, 2025. Dasgupta submitted his resignation on June 12, 2025, to pursue a better prospect.
