Medico Remedies concludes 31st annual general meeting

Medico Remedies Limited held its 31st annual general meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 8, 2025, via video conferencing. The meeting addressed ordinary and special business, including the adoption of the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, and the re-appointment of Rishit Mehta as a director.

Key appointments during the AGM included M/s. Shah Shroff & Associates as the statutory auditors and Shreya Shah as the secretarial auditor for a five-year term. Harshit Mehta was re-appointed as managing director, and Maheshkumar Darji was appointed as executive director. Haresh Mehta will continue as chairman & whole-time director upon reaching 70 years of age.

The chairman informed attendees that the e-voting results, along with the scrutinizers' report, would be communicated to stock exchanges and published on the company's website within two working days. The AGM concluded at 4:28 PM, with e-voting remaining open for 15 minutes post-meeting.
