Finolex Cables sets AGM date, corrects dividend record date

Finolex Cables Limited informed stock exchanges about the dispatch of the notice for its 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the annual report for the financial year 2024-25. The AGM is scheduled for Monday, September 29, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. IST, conducted via video conferencing (VC)/other audio visual means (OAVM), in compliance with MCA and SEBI circulars. The company sent these documents electronically to shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the company/depositories on September 4, 2025. They are also available on the company’s website and the websites of BSE, NSE, and NSDL.

A corrigendum to the AGM notice was published on September 6, 2025. This correction specifies that the record date for the payment of dividend, if approved at the AGM for the financial year 2024-25, should be read as September 5, 2025, instead of the previously stated September 12, 2025. All other contents of the notice remain unchanged.

The remote e-voting period for the AGM will commence on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. IST and conclude on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. IST. The cut-off date to determine shareholders eligible for remote e-voting and voting at the AGM is Monday, September 22, 2025. Shareholders whose names appear in the register of members or beneficial owners as of this date are eligible to vote.
