Eraaya Lifespaces sets AGM date, approves new subsidiary

Eraaya Lifespaces Limited's board of directors, at a meeting on September 8, 2025, approved the convening of its 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 04:30 P.M. The meeting will be conducted via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The board also approved several reports for circulation to members.

The company's register of members and share transfer books will be closed from Wednesday, September 24, 2025, to Tuesday, September 30, 2025 (inclusive), for the purpose of the AGM. The cut-off date for determining member eligibility to vote is Tuesday, September 23, 2025. Remote e-voting will be available from 09:00 A.M. IST on Saturday, September 27, 2025, until 05:00 P.M. IST on Monday, September 29, 2025.

Additionally, the board appointed M/s Shubhangi Agarwal & Associates as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process and as secretarial auditor for a five-year term, subject to member approval. The board also approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary for sports-related activities in India and abroad.
