EFC (I) reappoints Nikhil Bhuta as whole-time director

EFC (I) Limited announced the reappointment of Nikhil Dilipbhai Bhuta as whole-time director for a further five-year term, effective October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2030. This decision, approved by the board of directors on September 8, 2025, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming general meeting. His remuneration for three years will also be fixed as part of this reappointment.

Bhuta is a qualified chartered accountant with over 26 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience across diverse sectors including real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, agritech, mining, and oil & gas. He has held significant roles such as CFO, country head, and CEO, and has a proven track record of executing landmark projects and raising capital on leading exchanges.

The company emphasized his valuable contributions as the basis for the proposed extension of his tenure. Bhuta is not related to any other director or key managerial personnel of EFC (I) Limited. This reappointment ensures leadership continuity as the company progresses.
