EFC (I) reappoints director, names new secretarial auditor

EFC (I) Limited's board of directors, at their meeting on September 8, 2025, approved the appointment of M/s. Sachapara & Associates as the secretarial auditor for five consecutive financial years, from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. M/s. Sachapara & Associates, a Company Secretaries firm, brings extensive experience in corporate law compliance.

The board also approved the re-appointment of Nikhil Dilipbhai Bhuta as whole-time director for five years, effective from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2030, subject to shareholder approval. Bhuta is a qualified chartered accountant with over 26 years of leadership experience across various industries, including real estate, infrastructure, and oil & gas, having held key positions such as cfo and ceo. His reappointment aims to continue his contributions to the company's strategic growth.
