Cropster Agro sets book closure for 40th annual general meeting

Cropster Agro Limited has announced the closure of its register of members and share transfer books from Saturday, September 20, 2025, to Saturday, September 27, 2025 (both days inclusive). This closure is in preparation for the company's 40th annual general meeting.

The cut-off dates for determining shareholder eligibility for various purposes have also been set. Shareholders as of August 29, 2025, will be considered for sending notices, while those registered by September 20, 2025, will be eligible to participate in the e-voting for the 40th annual general meeting.
