Crompton Greaves schedules investor meetings for September 2025

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited (CGCEL) will hold two institutional investor meetings in September 2025, as disclosed in a recent announcement dated September 8, 2025. These meetings are in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The first meeting is scheduled for September 11, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with DSP Mutual Fund. This will be a physical meeting conducted in a single format. The second engagement is with J.P. Morgan 10th Annual India Conference, taking place on September 23, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This will also be a physical meeting, but in a single and group format.
