Confidence Petroleum corrects AGM notice after date, director age errors

Confidence Petroleum India Limited (CPIL) announced an update to the notice for its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 1:00 PM via video conferencing. The initial email dispatch of the AGM notice contained a typographical error, incorrectly stating the meeting date as September 31st instead of the correct September 30th. This has been rectified, and a corrected notice was re-dispatched via email to shareholders, while the version uploaded to stock exchanges and the company's website already displayed the correct date.

Additionally, a notice uploaded to stock exchanges on September 8, 2025, at 2:18 p.m. inadvertently listed Mr. Sumit Bansal's age as 362 years. This was a typographical error, with his correct age of 36 years being appropriately reported in the annual report.

The company will close its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 24, 2025, to September 30, 2025 (both days inclusive), to determine eligibility for the final dividend on Equity Shares for the FY 2024-25. The remote e-voting period for the AGM will commence on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. IST and conclude on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. IST.
