Concord Control Systems to hold 15th AGM amid strong financial growth

Concord Control Systems Limited (CCSL) will hold its 15th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. via video conferencing. The company reported a substantial increase in total revenue for the financial year 2024-25, reaching ₹7,783.99 Lakhs, up 16.87% from ₹6,660.57 Lakhs in the previous fiscal year. Net profit after tax also rose 15.56%, from ₹1,304.25 Lakhs in FY23-24 to ₹1,507.08 Lakhs in FY24-25.

The company's market capitalization stood at ₹705.02 Crores as of March 31, 2025. During the year, CCSL also made a preferential allotment of 318,472 equity shares at ₹1,570 per share, totaling ₹50,00,01,040. This move increased the paid-up equity share capital from ₹5,98,20,000 to ₹6,30,04,720.

The AGM agenda includes the adoption of audited financial statements for FY2024-25, the re-appointment of Ms. Mahima Jain as a non-executive director, and the approval of Mr. Sunil Garg as an independent director. Additionally, shareholders will consider an increase in the authorized share capital from ₹10,00,00,000 to ₹15,00,00,000 and a bonus issue to capitalize on profits.
