Brigade Enterprises Limited has signed a joint development agreement for a luxury residential project in East Bengaluru. The project spans approximately 10.75 acres with a potential saleable area of 2.5 million square feet and an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹2,500 crore. This development is strategically located near key commercial hubs and social infrastructure, aligning with Brigade's focus on premium micro markets.

The company's managing director, Pavitra Shankar, highlighted Bengaluru as their primary market, emphasizing that the development reflects a commitment to high-quality projects combining connectivity, infrastructure, and lifestyle appeal. The project aims to attract a new generation of homebuyers, embodying a vision for urban living that integrates efficiency, sustainability, and community.

This agreement, announced on September 8, 2025, underscores Brigade Group's near four decades of expertise in property development.
