Bank of Maharashtra pays annual interest on BASEL III bonds

The Bank of Maharashtra has confirmed the payment of annual interest on its BASEL III Additional Tier-I Bonds (ISIN: INE457A08118) today, September 8, 2025. This payment aligns with Regulation 57(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The issue size of these bonds is Rs. 710 crore, and the interest amount paid, including TDS, totals Rs. 62,05,40,000. The interest payment frequency is annually.

The interest payment record date was August 24, 2025, with the due date and actual payment date both recorded as September 8, 2025. The last interest payment was made on September 9, 2024, because September 8, 2024, was a Bank holiday. No changes in the frequency of payment or any reasons for non-payment or delay were reported.
