Azad Engineering reports strong financials, sets AGM date

Azad Engineering Limited reported a strong financial year for FY2024-2025, with standalone revenue from operations increasing by 32.91% to ₹4,529.28 million and consolidated revenue up 34.21% to ₹4,573.54 million. Net profit after tax also saw substantial growth, rising 51.12% to ₹885.25 million on a standalone basis and 47.72% to ₹865.34 million consolidated.

The company will hold its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 04:00 P.M. (IST) via Video Conferencing. The Annual Report, including the Board's Report and Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report, was dispatched to shareholders via email on September 08, 2025.

The AGM agenda includes the re-appointment of Mrs. Jyoti Chopdar as whole-time director and the appointment of Mr. Ashish Kumar Gaggar as secretarial auditor for five consecutive financial years, from FY225-2026 to FY2029-2030, at a remuneration of ₹1,50,000 annually. Additionally, the continuation of Mr. Michael Joseph Booth as an independent director will be proposed for approval. These appointments align with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations.
