Adarsh Somani, PACs increase Oricon Enterprises stake

Adarsh Somani, along with ten persons acting in concert (PACs), has increased their shareholding in Oricon Enterprises Limited through an off-market acquisition. Prior to this transaction, the group collectively held 30.60% of the total share/voting capital, amounting to 48,061,327 shares.

The acquisition involved Adarsh Somani acquiring 11,569,000 shares, representing 7.37% of the company's total voting capital. No other PACs reported acquisitions or disposals in this specific transaction.

Following this acquisition, the combined holding of Adarsh Somani and the PACs now stands at 63,437,767 shares, or 40.39% of Oricon Enterprises Limited's total share/voting capital. The equity share capital of the target company before the acquisition was INR 3,141.49 Lakhs, and it now stands at INR 3,414.49 Lakhs after the acquisition.
