Panorama Studios to hold 45th AGM, declares dividend, outlines strategic growth

Panorama Studios International Limited (PSIL) will convene its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The company reported a Consolidated Profit After Tax of Rs. 3,974.14 lakhs for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, an increase from Rs. 3,821.92 lakhs in the previous year. The Board has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.20 per equity share (10% of face value), subject to shareholder approval, with payment within 30 days of the AGM. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 24, 2025, to September 30, 2025.

Key strategic milestones for FY 2024–25 include acquiring a 10% stake in NY Cinemas LLP, executing film acquisition and co-production agreements (Marathi film *Phullvanti* and Malayalam film *Daveed*), signing a line production deal valued at Rs. 113.80 crore for *Dhamaal 4*, and securing distribution agreements for *Khel Khel Mein* and *Sikandar*. The company also expanded its operational footprint by opening three new branch offices in Delhi, Punjab, and Indore. Furthermore, PSIL successfully acquired its own corporate office premises, enhancing operational stability.

The company's CSR initiatives include spending Rs. 75,25,000 for FY 2024–25 on healthcare services and other activities, with a total CSR obligation of Rs. 75,21,419. PSIL has also seen changes in its share capital due to a sub-division of equity shares from Rs. 10 to Rs. 2 per share and warrant conversions, increasing its issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital to Rs. 1,418.78 lakhs.
