Krystal Integrated Services launches new ports and harbour subsidiary

Krystal Integrated Services Limited (KISL) officially incorporated "Krystal Ports and Harbour Private Limited" (KPHPL) on September 6, 2025, as a wholly owned subsidiary. The new entity was formed with an authorized capital of INR 1,00,000 and a subscribed/paid-up share capital of INR 1,00,000. KISL will subscribe to 10,000 equity shares of INR 10 each, totaling INR 1,00,000 in cash, representing 100% of KPHPL's shareholding.

KPHPL's primary objective is to engage in the construction, operation, and maintenance of inland waterways, harbours, ports, jetties, and other related marine infrastructure. This strategic move aims to explore new business opportunities, diversify KISL's portfolio, strengthen existing operations, and mitigate risks across its business lines. KPHPL is yet to commence business operations.

Ms. Neeta Prasad Lad, Mr. Shubham Prasad Lad, and Ms. Saily Prasad Lad, who are whole-time directors of KISL, will also serve as the first directors of KPHPL. The incorporation was conducted in Maharashtra, with the registered office located in Mumbai.
