Apex Frozen Foods sets dividend record date, AGM book closure

Apex Frozen Foods Limited has set Friday, September 19, 2025, as the record date for determining shareholder entitlement to the final dividend for the financial year 2024-25. The company proposes a final dividend of 20%, which translates to Rs. 2.00 per equity share of paid-up value of Rs. 10 each. If declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), this dividend will be paid on or before Tuesday, October 28, 2025, subject to applicable tax deductions.

In connection with its 13th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for Monday, September 29, 2025, Apex Frozen Foods has also announced a book closure period. The register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from Tuesday, September 23, 2025, to Monday, September 29, 2025, both days inclusive. This closure is for the dual purpose of the AGM and determining dividend entitlements for the 2024-25 fiscal year.

The company will use the record date of September 19, 2025, and the book closure period from September 23 to September 29, 2025, for both dividend entitlement and E-Voting purposes related to the 13th AGM.
