XTGLOBAL INFOTECH to host 37th AGM, reports growth and subsidiary acquisition

XTGlobal Infotech Limited will convene its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM IST via Video Conference. The company announced a consolidated revenue of ₹23,413.92 lacs and a net profit of ₹958.31 lacs for FY 2024–25. On a standalone basis, revenue was ₹7,171.24 lacs, with a net profit of ₹456.59 lacs. The board has not recommended a dividend for FY 2024-25, opting to reinvest resources for growth.

A notable development for the year was the increase in XTGlobal's stake in Network Objects Inc. from 44.33% to 51.33% effective January 6, 2025, making Network Objects Inc. a subsidiary. This change has led to the full consolidation of Network Objects Inc.'s financial results from January 1, 2025. Shareholding data shows that as of March 31, 2025, 99.52% of the paid-up capital is dematerialized.

The AGM agenda includes the re-appointment of Mr. Srinivasa Raju Kosuri as a non-executive director and Mr. Malireddy Jagannatha Prasad as a non-executive non-independent director. Shareholders will also vote on a resolution to approve related party transactions for FY 2025-26 and to increase the foreign investment limit to 100% of the paid-up equity share capital.
