XTGlobal Infotech announces director reappointments, independent director exit

XTGlobal Infotech Limited has announced the re-appointment of Srinivasa Raju Kosuri as a director liable to retire by rotation, effective September 29, 2025. Concurrently, Jagannatha Prasad Malireddy has been re-appointed as a non-executive director for a one-year term, concluding with the 38th annual general meeting. Both reappointments are effective from September 29, 2025. Neither director is related to any other directors or key managerial personnel (KMPs) of the company.

In a separate development, Srinivasa Pendyala will cease to hold office as an independent director from the closing hours of September 22, 2025, upon the completion of his tenure. The company confirmed that his cessation is solely due to the completion of his term, with no other material reasons. Mr. Pendyala does not hold directorships or committee memberships in any other listed entities.
