Virtuoso Optoelectronics sees strong FY25 growth, strategic expansion

Virtuoso Optoelectronics Limited (VOEPL) reported robust financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations grew to ₹69,720.07 lakhs, a significant increase from ₹53,108.41 lakhs in the previous year. Net profit after tax also saw a substantial rise of 39.53% to ₹1,413.04 lakhs, compared to ₹1,012.73 lakhs in FY24. The company's EBITDA margin stood at 8.63%, with a PAT margin of 2.03%.

Key strategic initiatives in FY25 included diversifying product lines with chest freezers and securing partnerships with major industry customers. VOEPL also began constructing its eighth manufacturing facility in Nashik, a 350,000 sq ft unit expected to be operational by the end of FY25, further enhancing capacity for air conditioners, EMS, and washing machines. The company capitalized on a technical partnership with a Chinese compressor manufacturer to boost its presence in the Indian compressor market.

The company's 10th Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025, to review the annual report and consider re-appointments, including Mr. Abhinav as a director. Additionally, M/s. SKVM & Co. and M/s. Prachi Bansal and Associates have been appointed as statutory auditors and secretarial auditor, respectively, for a five-year term.
