Skipper sets September 16 record date for final dividend payment

Skipper Limited has announced its record date for the payment of the final dividend for the financial year 2024-25. The record date has been set for September 16, 2025. This decision, made pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, is for identifying shareholders eligible for the dividend, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The company will issue an equity dividend, and the book closure dates are not applicable for this distribution. The payment of the final dividend for 2024-25 will proceed following the September 16, 2025 record date. Shareholders should note that a separate intimation regarding the AGM has been provided.
