Shalby sets September 29 for 21st annual general meeting

Shalby Limited will hold its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. IST via video conferencing. Shareholders will review and adopt the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025.
