Religare Enterprises announces AGM, reports FY25 financial and operational growth

Religare Enterprises Limited will hold its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 12:00 noon (IST) via video conferencing. The company announced a consolidated total income of ₹7,39,688.00 Lakhs for FY25, an increase from ₹6,29,925.87 Lakhs in FY24, with profit before tax rising to ₹24,330.01 Lakhs from ₹44,768.66 Lakhs (after exceptional items).

Key highlights for FY25 include a gross written premium of ₹8,56,199 Lakhs for Care Health Insurance Limited, marking a 22% year-on-year growth. Religare Broking Limited saw its consolidated revenue increase by 3.6% to ₹38,306.71 Lakhs. Furthermore, Religare Finvest Limited achieved a debt-free status in FY24 and had its Corrective Action Plan removed by the RBI on July 23, 2025, enabling the recommencement of business operations.

The company also reported a net worth of ₹2,516 Crore for FY25, demonstrating strong capitalisation and an enhanced governance framework following the Burman Group's designation as promoter in February 2025. These developments position Religare for sustained growth across its financial services verticals.
