Platinum Industries appoints Ashok Bothra as new chief financial officer

Platinum Industries Limited's board of directors, at their meeting on Saturday, September 06, 2025, approved the appointment of Ashok Bothra as the chief financial officer (CFO) and key managerial personnel (KMP) of the company. This appointment is effective from September 06, 2025.

Bothra brings over 27 years of extensive experience in various financial domains, including accounts and finance, working capital management, project finance, treasury and forex management, cost control, budgetary and internal control, direct and indirect taxation, export and import, business strategy, M&A, and investor relations. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a PG Diploma in Forex Risk Management and Export & Import Management.
