NIBE to hold 20th AGM, reports strong revenue and profit growth

NIBE Limited will convene its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2025, to adopt the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a standalone gross revenue of INR 48,481.54 lakhs and a consolidated gross revenue of INR 51,224.77 lakhs for the fiscal year 2024-25, marking a substantial increase from the previous year. Profit before tax also saw significant growth, reaching INR 3,760.98 lakhs for standalone and INR 3,960.04 lakhs for consolidated figures.

The board has recommended a dividend of INR 1.25 per equity share (12.5%) for the fiscal year 2024-25, subject to approval at the AGM. Key agenda items for the AGM include the re-appointment of Venkateswara Gowtama Mannava as a director, ratification of cost auditor remuneration for FY 2026, and approval for borrowing funds and creating securities. The company also outlined various material related party transactions with its subsidiaries, including Nibe Defence and Aerospace Limited (NDAL), Nibe Aeronautics Limited (NAL), Nibe Space Private Limited (NSPL), Karmayogi Manufacturing Private Limited (KMPL), and Global Munition Limited (GML), all to be conducted at arm's length.
