Mold-Tek Packaging reports mixed FY25 results despite revenue growth

Mold-Tek Packaging Limited reported total revenue from operations of ₹78,132 lakhs for the financial year 2024-25, an 11.83% increase from ₹69,865 lakhs in FY 2023-24. Sales volume also grew by 7.30% to 38,264 MT. However, despite these gains, the company's net profit after tax decreased by 9.07% to ₹6,055 lakhs, down from ₹6,659 lakhs in the previous year. This reduction is attributed to higher depreciation and interest costs stemming from recent major investments.

The company's EBITDA saw a 6.98% increase, reaching ₹14,386 lakhs. Segment-wise, Pharma Packaging showed impressive growth, achieving ₹11 crores in sales and reaching nearly 50% capacity utilization. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹2/- per equity share, bringing the total dividend for FY 2024-25 to ₹4/- (80%) per equity share.

The 28th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. (IST) via video conferencing. The cut-off date for e-voting is September 23, 2025, with voting commencing on September 26, 2025, and concluding on September 29, 2025.
