Imagicaaworld acquires solar power plant for ₹16 crore

Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited has executed a Business Transfer Agreement to acquire a 6.65 MW solar power plant from Giriraj Enterprises and/or its partners. The plant is located in Mandrup, Solapur, Maharashtra.

The acquisition, finalized on September 6, 2025, is valued at ₹16,00,00,000/- and was conducted on a slump sale basis as a going concern. Shareholder approval for this transaction was obtained on March 13, 2025.

The transaction is classified as a related party transaction, as both Imagicaaworld and Giriraj Enterprises are part of the Malpani Group. However, the company confirmed that the agreement was entered into at "arm's length." This acquisition aligns with Imagicaaworld's strategic objectives.
