Hariom Pipe Industries to hold 18th annual general meeting, reviews strong FY25 performance

Hariom Pipe Industries Limited will convene its 18th annual general meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 11:30 A.M. (IST) via video conferencing. The meeting will review the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, and consider a final dividend of ₹0.61 per equity share. The company will also ratify the remuneration of cost auditors, M/s. Seshadri & Associates, at ₹50,000 for FY 2025-26.

Key appointments include Ansh Golas as a whole-time director, effective August 8, 2025, and the re-appointment of Soumen Bose as a director. The remuneration of managing director Rupesh Kumar Gupta and whole-time director Sailesh Gupta will also be reviewed, with proposed increases to ₹2.40 crore per annum (plus 2.5% commission) and ₹2.20 crore per annum (plus 2.5% commission), respectively, effective October 1, 2025.
