Hampton Sky Realty expands into hospitality and tourism, sets AGM

Hampton Sky Realty Limited (formerly Ritesh Properties and Industries Limited) announced its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 12:30 PM (IST) via video conferencing. The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is September 23, 2025, with remote e-voting commencing on September 27, 2025, at 09:00 a.m. (IST) and closing on September 29, 2025, at 05:00 p.m. (IST).

The board approved amending the "Main Objects" clause of the Memorandum of Association by inserting new sub-clauses (13 to 16) to expand its operations into the hospitality and tourism industry. This includes managing hotels, resorts, restaurants, and related facilities, as well as operating as tourism and travel agents, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
