Ceinsys Tech sees significant growth, sets 27th AGM

Ceinsys Tech Limited announced its 27th annual general meeting (AGM) to be held on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM (IST) via video conferencing, alongside the release of its annual report for FY2024-25. The company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹41,806 lakhs, an impressive 65% year-on-year growth, with net profit climbing 81% to ₹632 lakhs. EBITDA also rose 77% to ₹779 lakhs, driven by technology-led solution delivery. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹3.50 per equity share.

Key strategic milestones for FY2024-25 included significant projects in water infrastructure and the acquisition of VTS in North America, enhancing capabilities in 3D reality capture, LiDAR, and digital twins. Technology solutions revenue surged over 3.5x to ₹213 Mn, representing 51% of total turnover. The integration of Allygrow Technologies into the parent entity also streamlined operations in mobility and manufacturing engineering.
