Captain Technocast reports strong growth, board reappointments

Captain Technocast Limited reported a robust financial performance for the year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations surged to Rs. 9351.55 Lakhs from Rs. 6513.43 Lakhs in the previous year. Consolidated profit after tax more than doubled, reaching Rs. 839.62 Lakhs compared to Rs. 385.30 Lakhs in FY 2023-24.

The company also announced the re-appointment of Shailesh Karshanbhai Bhut as a director, who retires by rotation and is eligible for re-appointment. Additionally, M/s. KISHOR DUDHATRA, Company Secretaries, have been appointed as secretarial auditors for a five-year term from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30.

The 15th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2025, to approve the financial results and re-appointments. Shareholders will also vote on material related party transactions, including those with Vartis Engineering Private Limited for an aggregate value not exceeding Rs. 30.00 crore, and with Captain Polyplast Limited for an aggregate value not exceeding Rs. 9.00 crore, both at arm’s length pricing.
