Bandhan Bank announces resignation of consumer lending and mortgages head

Bandhan Bank Limited today informed stock exchanges about the resignation of Santosh K. Nair, head of consumer lending and mortgages. The bank stated that Nair tendered his resignation from his services with immediate effect on September 06, 2025, to pursue better opportunities. A copy of his resignation e-mail was enclosed with the disclosure.

The announcement was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and other applicable provisions of the SEBI LODR. The bank confirmed that this disclosure has also been uploaded simultaneously on its official website, www.bandhanbank.com.

The news was communicated to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited by Indranil Banerjee, company secretary, for Bandhan Bank Limited.
