Amber Enterprises to host investor roadshow in Mumbai

Amber Enterprises India Limited will participate in a non-deal roadshow (NDR) for investors on September 10 and 11, 2025, starting at 9:00 A.M. (IST). The meetings, organized by Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited and Jefferies, will take place in Mumbai and will include one-on-one and group discussions.

The purpose of these interactions is to engage with institutional investors, with discussions based on publicly available information. The company has confirmed that no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) will be disclosed during these meetings.
