Affordable Robotic to hold 16th annual general meeting

Affordable Robotic & Automation Limited will convene its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. (IST) at its registered office in Village Wadki, Pune. Shareholders will review and adopt the standalone and consolidated audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. Key agenda items include the re-appointment of Rahul Padole as a director and the regularization of Priyanka Rahul Padole as an additional executive director.

M/s Meenu Maheshwari and Associates, practicing company secretaries, will be appointed as secretarial auditors for a five-year term from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030, with their remuneration subject to approval. The remuneration for cost auditors, Vivekbrata Mukherjee, for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, will also be ratified.

The company will provide e-voting facilities, commencing on Friday, September 26, 2025 (09:00 A.M. IST) and concluding on Sunday, September 28, 2025 (5:00 P.M. IST). Voting rights will be determined based on shareholding as of the cut-off date, September 22, 2025. Related party transactions totaling INR 1,212.99 Lakhs will also be submitted for approval.
