Advait Greenergy appoints new statutory auditors, Y K Shah & Associates

Advait Greenergy Private Limited (AGPL), a material subsidiary of Advait Energy Transitions Limited, has appointed M/s Y K Shah & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad, as its new statutory auditors. This appointment fills a casual vacancy resulting from the resignation of M/s H J Goswami & Associates, and they will serve until the second annual general meeting.

Additionally, M/s Y K Shah & Associates has been appointed for a five-year term, effective from the conclusion of the second annual general meeting until the sixth annual general meeting in 2030. This appointment, subject to shareholder approval, covers audits for the fiscal years 2025-26 through 2029-30, with remuneration to be mutually agreed upon.
