Zaggle inks three-year deal with Pernod Ricard India for Propel reward platform

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) has entered into an agreement with Pernod Ricard India Private Limited, as disclosed in a recent stock exchange filing dated September 5, 2025. Under this domestic agreement, Zaggle will provide its Propel reward platform to Pernod Ricard India Private Limited.

The agreement specifies a three-year execution period, with Zaggle's Propel reward platform forming the broad consideration for the contract. The company confirmed that no promoters, promoter groups, or group companies have any interest in Pernod Ricard India Private Limited, ensuring the transaction is at "arm's length" and not a related party transaction.
