Waa Solar reports mixed FY 2024-25 results, expands projects

Waa Solar Limited reported a total revenue of INR 3,025.42 Lakhs for FY 2024-25, up from INR 2,673.91 Lakhs in the previous year. The company's standalone net profit after tax reached INR 121.83 Lakhs, compared to INR 440.33 Lakhs in FY 2023-24. Consolidated net profit for the year was INR 697.40 Lakhs, up from INR 663.15 Lakhs.

Operationally, the company expanded its solar project portfolio, successfully completing 19 MW projects during FY 2024-25, with an additional 7.5 MW completed in August 2025. The total capital of the company stands at INR 13,26,67,640. The board of directors affirmed no dividend recommendation for the year and transferred net profit to the general reserve for business expansion.

Waa Solar also secured term loans of INR 184.20 Crores from the State Bank of India for a 47.5 MW solar electricity generation project, with 18 MW already operational. The annual general meeting is scheduled for September 26, 2025.
