Sical Logistics to hold 70th AGM, reports losses, plans QIP

Sical Logistics Limited will hold its 70th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. via video conference. For the financial year ended March 31, 2025, the company reported a total standalone income of INR 5,104 lakhs with a loss after tax of INR (4,404) lakhs. On a consolidated basis, total income was INR 24,092 lakhs, with a loss of INR (2,583) lakhs. The company's total assets stood at INR 53,765 lakhs (standalone) and INR 85,755 lakhs (consolidated).

Key appointments during the year included Satishkumarreddy Mulamreddy and Neelaveni as independent directors on May 16, 2024.
