Shree Cement to meet institutional investors in Singapore and Hong Kong

Shree Cement Limited announced its senior management will meet with institutional investors on a one-to-one and group basis in Singapore and Hong Kong in September 2025. Meetings in Singapore are scheduled from September 15th to 17th, while discussions in Hong Kong will take place from September 18th to 19th.

The purpose of these meetings is to engage with institutional investors, as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company stated that no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) is proposed to be shared during these interactions.

Shree Cement also noted that the schedule of these meetings may be subject to change due to exigencies on the part of the investor(s) or the company. The announcement was made on September 5th, 2025.
