Shalby schedules investor meeting with Seven Canyon Funds

Shalby Limited's management will hold a one-on-one meeting with representatives from Seven Canyon Funds (USA) via video conferencing on September 10, 2025. The meeting is scheduled from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm (IST). This disclosure is made under Regulation 30, read with clause 15 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company has clarified that no unpublished price sensitive information will be shared during this meeting. Shalby also noted that the meeting schedule might be subject to change due to exigencies on the part of either the investor or the company.
