Ratnamani forms new foundation for CSR activities

Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd., along with its subsidiaries Ravi Technoforge Private Limited and Ratnamani Finow Spooling Solutions Private Limited, has incorporated a new Section 8 company named "Ratnamani Foundation." The incorporation was finalized on September 5, 2025. This new entity, limited by Guarantee and without share capital, will serve as the implementing agency for the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities of Ratnamani and its subsidiaries, in accordance with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.

The Foundation aims to promote commerce, art, science, sports, education, research, social welfare, healthcare, charity, and environmental protection. While a related party transaction due to guarantees from the parent company and its subsidiaries, no other promoters or group companies hold an interest in the transaction. As a newly incorporated entity, the Foundation currently has no turnover.
