Praj Industries announces senior management resignation

Praj Industries Limited announced the resignation of Ajay Pratap Singh, vice president and business head, effective September 5, 2025. Singh, designated as senior management personnel, communicated his decision to pursue new challenges and opportunities outside the company. His last day of employment is scheduled for November 6, 2025, in accordance with company policy.

The intimation was made under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company notified both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd. of this development.
