Poly Medicure sets record date for final dividend ahead of AGM

Poly Medicure Limited has announced a book closure and record date for its final dividend for the fiscal year 2024-25. The company will pay a final dividend of ₹3.50 per equity share on a face value of ₹5/- each. The record date for determining eligible shareholders for the final dividend is Thursday, September 18, 2025.

In conjunction with this, the register of members and share transfer books of Poly Medicure Limited will be closed from Friday, September 19, 2025, to Thursday, September 25, 2025, inclusive of both days. This closure is to facilitate the record-taking process for the final dividend ahead of the annual general meeting.

The final dividend, as recommended by the board of directors, is subject to approval at the ensuing annual general meeting of the company, which is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025. This intimation was submitted by Avinash Chandra, company secretary, on September 5, 2025.
