Peterhouse Investments trims stake in Usha Martin

Peterhouse Investments India Ltd, an acquirer belonging to the promoter/promoter group, has disclosed the sale of 40,000 equity shares in Usha Martin Limited. The transaction, executed on September 4, 2025, through the National Stock Exchange via open market, has slightly reduced Peterhouse Investments' holding in Usha Martin.

Prior to the sale, Peterhouse Investments held 5,631,529 equity shares, representing 1.84% of the total share/voting capital of Usha Martin. Following the disposal of 40,000 shares, the company's holding now stands at 5,591,529 equity shares, which translates to 1.83% of Usha Martin's total voting capital.

The total equity share capital of Usha Martin Limited remains unchanged at 3,047,41,780 both before and after the transaction. This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
