Manali Petrochemicals revises dividend record date due to holiday

Manali Petrochemicals Limited has revised the record date for its dividend declaration for the financial year 2024-25. Originally, the company had fixed September 8, 2025, as the record date. However, due to the Reserve Bank of India declaring September 8, 2025, as a clearing/settlement holiday, the record date has been changed.

The new revised record date for the purpose of dividend declaration for FY 2024-25 will now be on the closing hours of September 9, 2025. This determination will be based on the list of beneficial owners provided by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). This revised date supersedes all prior intimations, with no other changes noted.
