Jindal Poly Films schedules AGM, sets dividend and voting dates

Jindal Poly Films Limited's board of directors met on September 5, 2025, to approve the convening of the 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) and other key corporate actions. The AGM is scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. (IST) at Hotel Natraj, Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh.

The company has set Tuesday, September 23, 2025, as the cut-off date and record date. This date will determine the members eligible to vote on resolutions at the AGM and for entitlement to the final dividend for F.Y. 2024-25. E-voting will be available from 9:00 a.m. Saturday, September 27, 2025, to 5:00 p.m. Monday, September 29, 2025.

The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 24 to September 30, 2025, for the purposes of the AGM and dividend. Deepak Kukreja and, failing him, Monika Kohli of DMK Associates, company secretaries, have been appointed as scrutinizers for the voting process.
